This Amous TMS update helps you keep unsafe drivers off the board with an automatic Safety Hold on expiring licenses and certifications, extends shared accessorials to vendor and fleet-driver rating, and speeds up carrier payables with new payment fields in Mass Invoice Update. It also broadens your integration reach - SMC³ LTL rating, C.H. Robinson tendering, Project44 appointment updates - while a new per-user SSO-only login tightens account security.
We have added a Safety Hold that automatically flags a driver whose license, document, or certification is about to expire. The driver is grayed out across the dispatch screens with a clear warning - "Safety Hold – Driver License", "Safety Hold – Certification" - so they can't be assigned by mistake.
Turn on the Safety Hold toggle in a Fleet Driver's License/Documents - it is available for both Documents and Certifications. Your Amous Admin sets how many days before the expiration date the hold activates; with a 14-day threshold, a driver whose license expires June 30 is placed on Safety Hold on June 16.
We have extended shared accessorials to the Vendor and Fleet Driver rating engine, so they apply the same way they already do in carrier rating - giving you consistent accessorial handling across carriers, vendors, and fleet drivers.
We have expanded Mass Update for carrier invoices to include Payment Date, ACH Number, Check Number, and Check Date, so you can record payment details across many carrier invoices in a single action.
We have added an integration with SMC³ (RateWare® XL and CarrierConnect® XL) to bring LTL rating and carrier-connect data into Amous. If you would like this integration set up, please reach out to your Amous Representative.
We have expanded the C.H. Robinson API integration so C.H. Robinson can tender shipments directly into Amous - creating the orders automatically - and so documents can be sent back to C.H. Robinson through the API. If you would like this integration set up, please reach out to your Amous Representative.
We're rolling out an expansion to the Project44 integration that sends appointment times into Project44, giving your visibility partners accurate pickup and delivery windows. If you would like this set up, please reach out to your Amous Representative.
Building on company-wide Microsoft-only login, we have added a per-user SSO-only setting. When it is enabled on a user's profile, that user can sign in only with SSO - credential login, password changes, and the forgot-password flow are all disabled for them.
You will find the new SSO-only option in the User Profile.
We have added rules to the main carrier integration that set the payment term based on the origin or destination state, so the correct terms apply automatically by lane.
Your Amous Admin configures the state-based rules in the carrier integration settings.
The UI can now display U.S. states as ISO two-letter codes (e.g. NY, CA, IL), configurable in UI Configs.
