The latest Amous TMS update sharpens order rating with sortable, filterable rate tables and full visibility into every customer rate, while a searchable All Events column makes it faster to find trips right from the dispatch board. Key additions like Team Driver assignment history, a new Driver Experience field, and Samsara odometer syncing for payroll tighten security, recordkeeping, and compensation accuracy across your operation.
We have made the Customer Rates and Carrier Rates tables much easier to work with when creating an order. You can now sort and filter by any field, page through the results, and use the new edit view.
These controls appear when adding carrier and customer rates while creating a new order - sort or filter by any column to find the rate you need faster.
We have updated order rating so all customer rates are shown, even when a customer rate is tied to only one carrier rate β giving you the full picture when selecting rates on an order.
We have made the dispatch board's general search and the All Events column searchable, so you can find trips by their event details directly from the board.
We have added the Cubic Capacity Guidelines warning to the Trip Details screen. If an item on the trip exceeds cubic capacity guidelines, the same warning icon you see on the Order Details now appears in the top right corner of the Trip Details.
We have added a dedicated Driver Experience field to capture a driver's total commercial driving experience, entered in years and months.
You will find the new field in the Driver Profile.
Following the Truck-to-Driver Assignment History, we have added Team Driver Assignment History β showing current and past team driver pairings for a primary driver, with date ranges. Driver contact details are now prefixed with Primary Driver and Team Driver so the pairing is always clear.
We have expanded the Samsara integration to bring the Odometer value into the Daily Log, so it can be used for payroll compensation rating.
If you would like Samsara configured for your company, please reach out to your Amous Representative.
QuickBooks now supports tax code mapping for Canadian customers, including a Tax Code State Identifier setting.
